Dr. Candice
BLedsoe
Dr. Candice Bledsoe is a thought leader, professor, and social entrepreneur. She is the executive director of the Action Research Center. Her research explores equity, access, and the narratives of the underrepresented. She leads the Women of Color Collective. Dr. Bledsoe has received numerous fellowships including: The National Endowment of Humanities, the New Leadership Academy, National Center of Institutional Diversity, University of Michigan, the Boone Family Foundation, and Dallas Public Voices.
Dr. Bledsoe received her Doctorate in Education from University Southern California. She also holds degrees from Baylor and Southern Methodist University.
